  • Work closely with customers and SPC’s vendors and Billing teams to coordinate equipment installations and upgrades.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for network-connected copiers, printers, and Multi-Function Printers (MFPs).
  • Assist in inventory management, order processing, and maintaining internal operations systems.

  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, network settings, and customer configurations.
  • Stay up to date on firmware updates, software tools, and industry trends.

  • Familiarity with configuring scan-to-email, SMB scanning, and print driver installations.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with copier management tools (e.g., FM Audit, ECI DCA) or CRM systems.

Work Environment & Expectations:

  • This is a hybrid role. Most of our work is done from our home offices; however occasional travel to Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont is required. Expenses are covered for meals and travel per the IRS mileage reimbursement.
  • Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 50 lbs) may be needed.
  • Professional work attire is required that is appropriate to the work being performed. During the survey process, more formal attire is required than during a delivery and installation process.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated starting salary is $52,000-$59,000 depending on experience
  • Phone stipend
  • Remote office expense
  • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
  • 10 Days starting vacation
