SPC put together an equipment recommendation, which included sizing and location of equipment to meet printing and copying needs. It was based on more in-depth information than had ever previously been gathered. SPC made recommendations based on equipment efficiency which resulted in significant supply savings. They negotiated details with vendors, managed the delivery, installation and training. Also, SPC processed and worked out contract details with all the vendors.
